Welcome to STOP POTS Virginia!

I'm leaving my old blog up in case it helps someone and brings them hope! I'm now living free from POTS/dysautonomia, you can read how on my new healing journey website. This blog was originally created based on personal experience with the complete lack of knowledge by most doctors and the general public, especially in my home state of Virginia. I hoped to provide solid resources and information for patients living with this disabling syndrome. It's tough when you have to educate your own doctor! POTS affects an estimated 500,000-1 million people in the US, and WAS one of them for 16 years.
